Every furnishing, fixture and finishing piece from a designer-appointed residence at Mountain Shadows Resort — assembled new in 2021 at a cost of $110,000, lightly used, and now offered in a single transaction.
For the first 72 hours the collection is available only as a single lot — the buyer takes everything. All items must be removed from the unit no later than Sunday, August 2.

Unit 4120 was appointed as a single commission: a sculptural velvet lounge chair against figured walnut, a shell chair in the light of a two-story glass wall, saddle-leather seating around a glass-topped dining table, and a cluster of hand-blown pendants falling three stories through the stairwell.
Everything you see is included — seating, tables, casegoods, beds and headboards, nightstands, televisions, barstools, every light fixture, the rugs and the decor. Three items are excluded, and they are named plainly here.

Every fixture in the residence is included — the three-story pendant cluster in the stairwell, the branching chandelier, the linear brass pendant over the dining table, sconces, and each floor lamp.
Three items are not for sale.
They appear in the photographs on this site because they are still in the residence. They are excluded from the sale and will be removed by the owner. Everything else pictured is included.

How this works.
The purchaser takes all items. There are no piece-by-piece sales, before or after the window closes.
All pieces were purchased new in 2021 and have been lightly used. Sold as-is; inspection welcome and encouraged.
Everything must be out of the unit by end of day Sunday. The buyer arranges transport, labor and any protective materials.
Elevator access with a covered loading area. The residence is two levels; light fixtures and wall-mounted televisions require basic tools to detach. Moving help can be recommended.
